All meetings must be booked through our official booking form or calendar system.
You will receive a confirmation email after booking.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
You may cancel your meeting anytime by contacting us directly.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
4. Use of Information
Any information you provide while booking a meeting (name, email, phone, etc.) will be used strictly for scheduling and communication purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Confidentiality
All discussions during meetings are confidential. We will not disclose your business details or ideas to any third party without your consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Any materials, strategies, or resources shared during meetings remain the intellectual property of Automates Now and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Automates Now shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services, advice, or recommendations.
8. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information, attend scheduled meetings, and implement the recommended strategies for best results.
